Our Doner Kebab is not your average street wrap. We use a “Yaprak” (leaf) method, stacking hand-carved slices of milk-marinated beef and lamb rather than processed mince.
The Meat: A succulent blend of premium beef and lamb, seasoned with imported Turkish Aleppo pepper, cumin, and oregano, then slow-roasted to a perfect char.
The Bread: Custom-baked Turkish pide bread, lightly toasted to order for a crispy exterior and airy center.
The Garden: Crisp shredded lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, and red onions dusted with tangy sumac.
The Signature Sauces: Includes a duo of our house-made sauces: a cooling Garlic-Yogurt Mint emulsion and a smoky Roasted Chili pepper sauce.
Chef’s Note: For the ultimate experience at your villa, we recommend our “Deconstructed Plate” version to keep the bread at its crispiest.
