The Cure: 100% dry-aged beef and pork pepperoni, sliced thick for a robust, smoky spice profile.
The Base: Our 48-hour fermented sourdough crust, topped with a zesty herb-infused tomato reduction.
The Cheese: A heavy blanket of premium whole-milk Mozzarella that creates the perfect “stretch.”
The “Rose” Twist: Finished with a light drizzle of spicy infused honey and a pinch of red chili flakes to balance the saltiness with a hint of heat.
