Our Phở is not a fast-food soup; it is a labor of love. We follow the traditional Northern-style (Phở Bắc) philosophy, focusing on a clear, deeply aromatic broth that warms the soul.
The Broth: Simmered for 24 hours using charred ginger, onions, and marrow bones to achieve a crystal-clear consommé with layers of complex spice.
The Beef: We use premium Wagyu beef, sliced paper-thin so it cooks instantly when it hits the hot broth, ensuring maximum tenderness.
The Noodles: Freshly made “Bánh Phở” rice noodles, selected for their ability to hold the broth without becoming soggy.
The Ritual: Delivered with a side of fresh Thai basil, sawtooth herb, lime wedges, and our house-made chili sauce.
Chef’s Note: To ensure your Phở arrives in “Old Money” condition, we package the hot broth in a separate thermal flask and the noodles/beef in a dry bowl. Simply pour and enjoy the perfect temperature at your villa dining table.
