Our Imperial Spring Rolls are a masterclass in texture. We use traditional thin rice paper (Bánh Tráng) which creates a shattered-glass crispiness that remains light and airy, never oily.
The Filling: A savory blend of premium ground pork, shredded taro for creaminess, wood-ear mushrooms for crunch, and delicate glass noodles.
The Technique: Each roll is hand-folded and double-fried at precise temperatures to ensure the exterior is golden-brown while the interior remains succulent.
The Pairing: Accompanied by a bouquet of fresh local mint and lettuce leaves for wrapping, and our signature dipping sauce—a balanced blend of lime, garlic, and premium Phu Quoc fish sauce.
Chef’s Note: To ensure maximum crispness upon arrival at your resort, we use ventilated eco-packaging. We recommend the ‘Wrap & Dip’ method: wrap a hot roll in a cold lettuce leaf with a sprig of mint before dipping.
