The Dough: A 24-hour fermented yogurt-based dough that creates a light, airy texture and a slight tang.
The Char: Baked at extreme temperatures to achieve those signature smoky bubbles that are perfect for scooping up rich sauces.
The Glaze: While still piping hot, each Naan is brushed generously with premium clarified butter (Ghee) and a confit of roasted garlic and fresh herbs.
Chef’s Note: To ensure your Naan stays soft and pliable during delivery, we wrap it in insulated foil. We recommend ordering two—one is never enough.
