​Our Tacos bring the bold flavors of the Pacific coast to the shores of Phu Quoc. We focus on the contrast of textures: the warmth of the toasted tortilla, the crunch of the slaw, and the succulence of the premium fillings.
​The Shell: Three soft, hand-pressed flour tortillas, lightly charred on the grill to order.
​The Protein (Your Choice):
​Wagyu Asada: Tender strips of Wagyu beef marinated in lime, cumin, and garlic.
​Crispy Snapper: Local Phu Quoc snapper, beer-battered and fried until golden.
​The Toppings: A refreshing combination of purple cabbage slaw, hand-cut mango-pineapple salsa, and fresh cilantro.
​The Finish: A drizzle of our signature “Zesty Lime” crema and a side of house-made smoky chipotle sauce.
​Chef’s Note: Tacos are the ultimate shared late-night snack. We pack our salsas in separate chilled containers to ensure your tortillas never arrive soggy at your resort.
