Our Bánh Mì “Royal” is a tribute to the legendary stalls of District 1. We start with a custom-baked baguette that is shattered-glass crispy on the outside and cloud-soft inside.
The Foundation: A generous double-smear of our house-made liver pâté and silky French-style butter.
The Meat: A trio of premium cold cuts including slow-roasted pork belly (Xá Xíu) and traditional Vietnamese ham (Chả Lụa).
The Crunch: Tangy pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cucumber spears, and a bouquet of cilantro and scallions.
The Finish: A drizzle of our secret savory “jus” and a hint of fresh chili (optional).
Chef’s Note: To maintain the perfect crunch, we wrap our Bánh Mì in breathable craft paper to prevent steaming during the drive to your resort.
