Bibimbap literally means “mixed rice,” and ours is a masterclass in Korean culinary harmony. Each ingredient is prepared separately to preserve its unique texture and flavor before being brought together in one beautiful bowl.
The Protein: Tender strips of Wagyu beef, marinated in a sweet-savory pear and soy reduction.
The Garden: A curated selection of seven traditional toppings: seasoned spinach, nutty bean sprouts, sautéed zucchini, earthy shiitake mushrooms, crunchy carrots, pickled radish, and bracken fern.
The Heart: A base of premium short-grain Korean rice, topped with a perfectly fried sunny-side-up egg.
The Soul: Served with a generous side of our house-made Gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce, enriched with sesame oil and a hint of honey.
Chef’s Note: To ensure your meal is perfect upon arrival, we pack the sauce separately so you can control the spice level. Simply pour, mix thoroughly, and enjoy the most balanced late-night meal in Phu Quoc.
