Description
Our chicken wings are prepared using the traditional double-fry technique: first to lock in the juices, and second to create a thin, shatter-glass crust that stays crispy even after a 20-minute drive to the Pullman or Regent.
The Source: Premium jumbo wings, brined for 12 hours in a blend of ginger and Asian aromatics.
The Glaze (Choose One):
Honey-Gochujang: A “swicy” (sweet & spicy) masterpiece featuring fermented Korean chili paste, local Phu Quoc honey, and roasted sesame.
Garlic-Soy: A savory, umami-rich reduction of premium soy sauce, toasted garlic, and a hint of ginger.
The Crunch: Served with traditional pickled mu (sweet radish) to cleanse the palate between bites.
Chef’s Note: These wings are designed for the “Chimaek” (Chicken & Beer) experience. Don’t forget to add a cold Korean beer or Craft Cola from our drinks menu.
